Photograph on a slightly long lens, close, from above, cropping every jar so the wrap bands fill the frame edge to edge. Five or six squat jars with black lids are packed at different angles and overlapping, covering the ground entirely, the only dark the shadowed gaps where they meet. Soft directional light, each jar's wrap carrying a long gradient from lit to shadowed around its curve. The bands wrap the whole vessel with the type stretching around the curve and running off every edge, two or three different styles across the jars in shot and the clearest of them a scribbled figure drawn in one neon crayon line, loose and fast, with condensed monospaced caps set straight over the top of it, with two figures passing the product between them as the motif, repeated down a vertical sidebar, the name Crema Bruta, and a small flavour ticket in a contrasting colour, printed black on butter, cream on navy, white on rust, black on mint, cream on plum. Every colour on the pack is flat with a hard edge and the lettering is one flat colour. Seeded mustard reads as a dense texture above and below each band. Glossy printed wrap over glass. Hard at the printed edges, soft around the cylindrical falloff. Saturated clashing pairs, the dark contents and the black lids, one jar in full and the rest cropped so the type reads in fragments. Crowded and loud — a shelf photographed from too close.
